Convert Membership Rewards* points from American Express to Aeroplan Miles (1,000 points = 1,000 miles).

3) Your miles will appear in your Aeroplan Account within 24-48 hours. Most transfers are complete in 24 hours or less.

Redeem your Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Points for Aeroplan Miles at a rate of 600 points for 500 miles.
1) Log into your Hertz Gold Plus Rewards account at www.hertz.ca.
2) Verify your account points balance.
3) Select "Use My Gold Plus Points".
4) In the "Redeem Now" section, select "Exchange for Frequent Traveler Miles" and chose "Aeroplan" from the list of programs.
